First and foremost - an impecable checkin and welcome from Anna, Front Desk Manager. The amount of energy, the smile and the engagement was beyond incredible. Never had such a check in process in my life. And I know what I talk about in regards to the world of hospitality. She upgraded my room for my birthday which had a very adorable little balcony and an amazing view. Once more thank you Anna and her entire team. Furthermore the housekeeping service was top notch. Everytime I would go to have breakfast I would come back with my room already made. Everything refilled, cleaned and ready for a new day. The stayover service was impeccable! Lastly, Aleksandra - the breakfast host was not only efficient - welcoming over 400 - 500 guests a day - but she did it all with ease, competence and engagement. She would take her time (as much as possible to engage with me every morning for a chat!). And the hot chocolate was divine. And the breakfast plentyful and to die for. All in all - a brilliant experience! I am deffo gonna promote it out loud and stay at Bristol for my future visits to Oslo. Thank you all!

Excellent central location close to everything. Stunning classic hotel. Room was spacious and beautiful, bathroom had a double sink, fantastic shower and L'Occitane products. Can't praise the staff enough. Lina, the Portuguese guy and the wonderful gentleman at reception couldn't do enough to help us and answer all our questions. We met some of the pastry chef team on a night out, and they sent a gorgeous dessert up to our room, which was a true work of art. We were able to check in earlier than the usual check-in time when we arrived and were allowed to store our luggage safely until our evening flight on the day we were leaving Honestly, we can't speak highly enough of our experience at the Bristol. If we ever find ourselves in Oslo again, we won't be booking anywhere else. Thank you for everything guys, and we wish you a happy and healthy 2025!

We decided to return to the Hotel Bristol on our return to Oslo. In addition to everything I've already mentioned, going back to a place with familiar people was quite pleasant. I hadn't mentioned the breakfast at this hotel. Fabulous. As much as you like to sleep a little longer watching the snow falling through the window, you won't want to miss it, everything is very good, the fish very fresh, the bakery, the people of the hot season. It's worth it. We followed with excellent guidance from the Concierge staff and this time we decided to visit the afternoon tea, because every day this space was full of people. And even if we are staying, we need a reservation because the event is very popular. This time, I stayed in a room on the 6th floor and could observe the city from above, all covered in snow.

Hotel Bristol is a charming hotel in an ideal area of Oslo. The hotel is in walking distance of most major sites and museums and is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. It's also walkable from two different large train stations both with access to the airport train. The breakfast selection was amazing and I was very impressed by the gym as well. Beds were also super comfy and the TVs had a function where you could stream whatever you wanted off your phone. Staff was friendly and check in/ check out process was smooth. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I stayed an extra night the day before my flight. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It is great value for the location, level of service, and amenities offered.

Overall experience was great. Location in Oslo couldn’t be any better, near lots of attractions, shops and transport links. Hotel and room were immaculate throughout our stay, even with the very wet weather. Breakfast is brilliant, great selection and staff very attentive and always on hand to help in anyway. Would recommend trying the hot chocolate a try in the Winter Garden and Library Bar.
